Depending on what is decided from year to year, a volunteer is needed to coordinate the event and recruit helpers. In past years, we have offered cookies and hot chocolate before and after Christmas Eve services. For this, a plan is made for requesting cookie donations and supplies purchased for hot chocolate and toppings. Then, the coordinator and team replenishes/refills as needed and cleans up afterward.
